The quality is excellent but the size is small.

Excellent quality, materials and all other characteristics correspond to the product description. But the size is too small. It doesn't match the waist size stated on the packaging. The 4T was supposed to measure 55-56cm (21.5-22 inches) like the packs I bought, but the actual measurements are only 49.5cm (19.5 inches).
