Loose and thick in spares

The filter didn't snap into place like the original, it was a little loose and didn't hold up. Now that I finally had it securely in place, I realized I had to blow the air higher than I did with the old dirty one. I don't know if this filter is thicker, but now I don't feel any airflow on the 1st setting.
