Big investment, vendor appears inattentive to the products they sell.
I ordered this mattress for my 98 + year old mother. She spent one very cold night on the floor after falling out of bed in her assisted living appt. This was during the Texas ice "festival" in February. We made a huge request for a mattress with remote warming control, battery operated, so that my mother would always be warm. That mattress did not arrive. The mattress that did arrive got here 3 days after the bed frame.
- I bought it to replace the one that came with the bed, is not bad.
- Cover may not be easily removable for washing
