I installed this card in my system to check if it works. When I unplugged the 20-pin connector to reroute the cables, the connector's plastic shield came loose along with the 20-pin connector. I had to remove the shield from the 20 pin connector, carefully install it back onto the board and use super glue to hold it in place. Not what is considered normal. It is currently installed and both 20-pin USB ports are working properly. The question is; If they sacrificed connectors, did they sacrifice component quality as well? The time will show. I would not buy this item again.
