The main reason for buying this humidifier was the app control and humidity sensor. Everything worked fine, but we kept finding that the humidity sensor on the humidifier kept thinking the room was wetter than it actually was. We trust the Nanit camera sensor in the kid's room, and they were always so far apart that it was difficult to deal with them. It was either too wet or not wet enough. We ended up trying another less expensive and less fancy humidifier that was much easier to work with and ended up saving us about $45. Not a bad product, but it didn't really suit us. Although of course it looks very good.
