Bought in May and now (September) broken/leaking. Handled him very carefully, without falling and other things. It is filled with a water jug, and when I rent it, a large amount of water constantly flows out. Waste of $70.

The humidity sensor is not working properly. Deviations of 25% to 40%. Replaced by another. Same problem. Other reviewers have made similar comments. Impossible to adjust the direction of the fog, so the entire block and everything nearby gets wet. The water level sensor is impractical at best. Essential oils are not mentioned in the instructions or on the packaging. Do not recommend buying this product.

The main reason for buying this humidifier was the app control and humidity sensor. Everything worked fine, but we kept finding that the humidity sensor on the humidifier kept thinking the room was wetter than it actually was. We trust the Nanit camera sensor in the kid's room, and they were always so far apart that it was difficult to deal with them. It was either too wet or not wet enough. To be honest I should have trusted the reviews. Someone on one of my plant-related Facebook groups recommended this for my plant cabinet to control humidity. After about a week of use it is leaking from the base (a little, but still) and the hygrometer on this unit is stuck at 95% while other hygrometers in my closet read 60%! Installation is a bit tricky. Directions and App have two ways to setup. You have to manually set it to your WiFi. It requires a little knowledge about your router and WiFi. Once configured, the application controls operation, but the built-in hydrometer does not show accurate readings. The device turns on and works for a few minutes, then assumes that the humidity has increased significantly and turns off again. I was hoping to maintain the set humidity level but it just doesn't work properly.
