Pros: - Fits perfectly on my GMax GM54S full face helmet. Didn't have to slip into the headphone pouches just over them and they stay in place with velcro on the headphone pouches. Cons: - Buggy software. I can't get the volume controls to work at all with my Moto G4 Play. If I press and hold the + or - button for more than a second, the music just stops playing. I have to turn it off and on again to get it working again. The only volume control I have is the phone volume control. I wish I could turn it up louder. A short press of + switches the track and - starts the current song again. I wasn't looking for phone calls, just the ability to play music. UPDATE after 10 days of use After 9 days of use, the volume of the left speaker has decreased. A day later, the device died completely. This was probably due to riding in the rain, but the manufacturer states that it has to be built into a helmet.
