Review on Continental ContiWinterContact TS 850P SUV 255/55 R19 111H winter by Dagmara Cybulska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The right product for me, the price suited me.

According to what I've been told, the tires are brand new, as they were only introduced in 2022 to replace the TS850 (without P). In point of fact, they just sold it to me since, at the time that I began looking for winter, there was very little time left, and everything had already been purchased. The TS850 (without P), which has a lot of reviews, was recommended to me, and I thought it was a good choice. But as a consequence of the search, I discovered that everything had been purchased, and the only store that offered to make me wait three days was the one that said they would bring the item to order if I placed an order. I waited, they called, they told me to come in, I did so, and then I paid. The invoices indicated that it was the same thing that I had been waiting for, and that was the TS850 (without the P). However, when I finally started getting packages, they gave me a TS850R! He caused a scandal, but because there was nothing else he could do, he took it. I don't have a single regret because the tires made in Slovakia (or Slovenia) are so high-quality. I viewed the results of this rubber's testing in other countries; the results are outstanding, and it was tested alongside Nokian and Kontiki. The final outcome was a second place finish and a safety rating of one for both braking and demolition. In general, the rubber is still happy; however, I will make an effort to cancel my subscription.

Pros
  • After the Vredshtein summer, the environment was rather calm and gentle, and I hardly noticed any differences. Even though the Mercedes ML166 I drive is a relatively quiet vehicle overall, I couldn't shake the sensation that I was in motion. It is quite stable, in that it does not blow snow and maintains its hold on a wet road. Additionally, it does not blow away dry snow. Acceleration by 5 both in snow and wet, but I don't know how it is on ice because I haven't driven it yet. Braking is also extremely good both in snow and wet; there was just no ice yet. But Velcro . It is difficult to anticipate anything exceptional coming from it.
Cons
  • Before it was brought to anyone's attention, I had only been driving for two months, even though everything was perfect for me.
