Review on SALESmanago by Donnie Boss

I like that it's easy to use for our team of 10 people with different skillsets. The ability to send emails directly from Salesforce or Hubspot has been great! Not much at this point but there are some features we'd love to see added such as being able to create custom fields. We've found that it can be difficult to get information about how to best utilize all of its capabilities so far. It's not very user friendly when you're trying to figure out what works best for your business. This software helps us manage multiple email campaigns across several channels which allows us to keep up with customer demand.
