Two thoughts: 1) This is a great deal. For this money you get a WHOLE BUCKLE. The price is so cheap and the quality mostly so high that it shouldn't be a problem for those looking for a super cheap projector mount, especially if you're not fussy about adjusting it. 2) However, the ball joint is extremely difficult to choose. It's still worth it for those with patience, but if you have to set this up more than a few [er, in a lifetime], you might want to buy something better. ------ I am an expert in video installations. I regularly use peerless gear mounts with dials to methodically get exactly what you want. I like test patterns and use self-leveling lasers. If you're like me you really must have a good reason to buy this [e.g. B. You need 10 projector mounts and your budget doesn't cover the nice little things]. For most people who don't really care about the details, this is the mount you've been looking for. ------ Addendum: The seller contacted me and offered me a partial refund. I am shocked by their customer support. They also offered professional ball tuning advice, which I believe is in their comments below. I haven't tried it, but it should make a big difference.
