Review on 🔪 Hammer Stahl 8-Inch Chef Knife - High Carbon German Forged Steel - Professional Kitchen Knife - Quad-Tang Pakkawood Handle by Lindsey Martin

I bought a 6 inch chef's knife. I like this size as I have small hands and it is easy to work with. And beautiful (who doesn't love a beautiful knife?!) and the price. $30! I would give 4.5 stars. Rounded up to 4 stars as it is now assembled in China. One of the rivets on the handle was not quite flush; luckily none where my hand would hold it while cutting. This is the only imperfection; but I don't know how to smooth it down without ruining the finish of the wooden handle. I just feel like this drop in processing must be due to the assembly being done in China :-(
