It doesn't work under Computers and Accessories

I installed it on my home computer and it worked the first time, then when I installed it on my laptop it didn't work. The port this card reader was plugged into wasn't even recognized. My access data during the installation are the same. I uninstalled it from my home PC and tried it on my laptop but it didn't work. It didn't serve the purpose at all.
