The product is light weight and easy to use but overall I would give it a 1 star rating as the spout is not intended to pour grease, it should pour everything but grease. Some of the fat went down the drain immediately, and when I poured it into the pan to make the sauce, more than half of the fat went into the pan. I don't normally use a separator, thought I'd give it a try this year, waste of money to be honest. I can probably use it for straining or as a cup. I rated the durability 3 stars because it didn't feel flimsy, I definitely didn't test it for durability.
