I wanted a restraint that didn't clip to the seat belt but was a seat belt itself. This is perfect. It can connect to a car seat hook or clip in a seat belt. It also has a really cool clip lock. After you attach it to your pet, you can slide the clip lock up and it'll prevent accidental release of the clip. Would buy again.
