I ordered this product 2 weeks ago for my online class due to the school closure. This is very useful for subjects where students need to see and hear how steps work (I teach geometry). At first I was disappointed that my files were not saved and the camera was not working properly. The online helpdesk helped resolve issues with my camera by making sure I had the correct drivers installed. When the files still weren't saving properly, they brought in one of their software engineers to actually change the extension to save the files better and gave me several other ways to record videos. This camera also connects via Zoom's screen sharing feature (and other video chat services I've tried). So if you're a teacher, you can show students live how to solve problems as if you had a blackboard and were at school!
