If you received a brand new jacket as suggested when you first bought the item, the jacket is of good quality and well made. It has a leash hole for stiffness, it cinches the dog's chest and abdomen and it closes, it is held in place with velcro and the jacket is of good quality. I wish they made jackets like this for big dogs. I need size 4XL because these jackets run small. The linen hole in the jacket is perfect for winter especially when it rains because it helps you keep the straps dry and if the jacket gets wet everything else in the jacket stays dry. I only wish everyone who has ever made these jackets would make the line hole horizontal instead of vertical as the line attachment sits horizontally and it would be easier to attach the line to the stiffness through the jacket. I bought 6 jackets from this brand. Seller about the sizes and they were all ok except this one I had to return them because I bought a brand new one and they sent me a used one which as you can see had embroidered and sewn back and so on Hardness, opening you can tell that it was used several times, and there were dog hairs on the Velcro. But what bothered me the most was that they sent me a very worn jacket when I paid for a new one.
