Great task manager for teams dealing mostly by phone
I like that it allows me to create new tasks or changes in my current ones when needed without having to use email at all! It is free but has limitations which can be annoying - so far we are able to work through them with their support team if necessary but sometimes you need more advanced tools than what they offer out of the box (for example creating folders). We were looking forward to using this tool as part of our daily workflow because keeping track of everything was very difficult outside emails/texts etc.
Pros
- Easy way for employees, managers & bosses see how projects progress over time / easy view into deadlines compared other colleagues' schedules too..Very useful project management software..Great concept allowing us keep better tabs by sharing files via google drive instead sending endless attachments back nforth across teams..Liked being mobile friendly from phone app perspective although could have been smoother experience overall...Fast response times once
