It was described as used but not opened and in good condition which was incorrect. The cracked corner will not allow the beads to crumble at this stage, but plastic fragments will soon break off and the entire corner of the case will be undermined. Three out of five boards are missing studs. I'm not sure if they are broken or if it's a manufacturing defect because I can't figure out how they could break, but it means the beads can't be placed in those places and there are holes in the creation will give. The hexagon is missing one, the heart is missing one, and the butterfly is missing three (two on the left wing and one on the tip of the right wing). The box was in perfect condition so I assume it was before shipping. Definitely felt cheated. Rather spend a few euros more for "new".
