GPS tracking for electric skateboards, unicycles and segways

I have several toys that my daughter and I ride. Segways and unicycles have apps that can map a ride; The 3 electric skateboards we ride are not. However, I have an Android and it needs to be in high performance mode for the GPS to stay on when the screen is off. Not wanting to drain my battery that quickly, I found it helpful to keep track of my ride and keep stats. My only complaint is that while you can choose between imperial or metric units, you still get metric units for some values. It's okay, but it would be nice if it worked 100% for all possibilities. The mobile app works well. After the ride, I connect via Bluetooth and download the ride data to my phone. You can also use the data files with other applications if you wish. However, for my use case, the provided app is fine. In general, I really like this device. It connects to GPS satellites quickly and appears to be fairly accurate. I would definitely recommend this.
