If you own an LT1 powered Corvette or other GM vehicle and get the job done, this is a must have. As a hardcore enthusiast, I was fed up with installing the timing case cover twice. Firstly by simply lubricating all sealing points, and secondly by using a marker as shown on the internet. It didn't work, it didn't work! What a pain to remove, clean and install new gaskets - again. Broke and bought this tool, problem solved! No tears, no leakage. I wish I had bought this from the start.
