I bought this stand for my 2012 14R knowing the description said 2006-2011 models and as many of the Zx14 Gen I and Gen II parts are interchangeable I have it risked and ordered. What also helped me in my purchasing decision was reading in the Answers section that it works for someone's 2014 ZX14R (Gen II). At the time of my purchase and writing this review there were no coasters available from Revain for the 14R 2012-2022 so my only choices were looking at other sites where coasters were twice as expensive as this one or the delivery time was at least 1 month to order to receive it at my doorstep. The delivery was fast and the stand is very light yet stable. My bike is about 3" lower in the rear and 1 1/2" in the front, so in an accident I was definitely close to tipping over if I didn't find the kickstand quickly. Installation was easy and I snapped one to one where the standard screw the stand uses to pivot/attach to the case was too big for this stand entry hole. The holes on this stand align perfectly with the mounting point, however a standard screw will NOT go through the hole on this stand. I have attributed it to the ZX14 generation change as it is still a 2006-2011 stat. Luckily, I had a couple of perfectly sized spare bolts in my tool box that went through and screwed in the new footboard with ease. Once installed it holds my bike at a decent angle and gives me peace of mind that it won't tip over when the wind blows. Please note that I gave this product 5 stars because it works as intended and also I knew before purchasing that I might encounter issues due to different generations.
