My second OmniMount and it was just as nice as the first one. Easy instructions, all the hardware included, and install was a breeze. This thing is very solidly constructed and nicely finished. No rough edges or cheap components. Definitely helps to have two people when installing. Overall, I'm impressed with OmniMounts.

- May not be compatible with all types of TV stands
