Review on 🎧 Plantronics .Audio 610 USB Mono Headset by Ron Josey

Bought for work because I needed a non-Bluetooth headset for my softphone. I had to return the first headset I received as it arrived with a black plastic cable cover split into several pieces exposing all the cables. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. However, I've been using it for work for about two weeks and the cable cover came off twice just because I put the headset on in the morning and took it off in the afternoon. The sound quality and microphone quality are fantastic, but I just find the cable too fragile for the price.
