Colors are straight forward, traditional, except the blue is brighter than usual because it's LED. When assembled from the box, the colors look pastel and pretty. Once you unroll the thread, they're just in the traditional colors! How is that possible? Possibly due to the reflection of the transparent cord when piling it up, but VERY misleading! There is no pastel I wanted like that! Only 4 colors :(. The only improvement over traditional lights is the brightness of the LEDs. I will say that they are excellent quality. I fixed them closer to the tree and they are really shiny, bright and beautiful! Just not the colors , which I wanted :(. So I decided to keep these and buy other colors to add 😁🥳.
