This wetsuit is listed as 3mm but I have measured the fabric with calipers and it is 2mm. The main reason I bought it was to get a warmer suit than my current 2mm shorty as the pool I was using was heated but the pool I will be using and bought this for the suit does not get hot. Very deceptive and disappointing! This suit appears to be good in fit and comfort. The size corresponds to that indicated; I bought the large which is a little looser and more comfortable which I like and I'm 5ft 9" and 155lbs. The suit has a fairly strong chemical smell; If I leave the suit, I'll hang it in the garage for a while and see if the smell dissipates. Note: In the attached photo, the fabric is folded in half and measured with calipers. or 2mm. I was also able to tell straight away by the feel of the fabric that it was 2mm like my current suit and not 3mm as advertised on Revain.
