Elevator received on time and well packaged. I took it out of the box to test before installing, which is good because I would get angry. It went quite well, but when I tried to pull it in, the last section of the telescopic part just stopped. I've tried everything to take it off without disassembling or damaging it. I left thinking maybe if I unplugged it and went back it would reset. Nothing worked. My husband bothered too and nothing. It will rise from where it is stuck, but the last section will not come down. I requested a return but received a non-return label. This item is heavy and postage costs the same as the product. I don't feel like this is good customer service. He says to contact the seller to get a prepaid label. The phone number to be called is no longer in service. What does that say about this seller and their product? I've reached out twice through Revain's messaging service (whatever it does) with no response so far. DO NOT BUY THIS ELEVATOR.
