For the price, it's all you need to get the job done, and it helped make the first date fun (don't forget the bubbles!). Gloves are a fantastic addition to anyone's hand holding an oyster, helping to protect you and hold the shell better. The value is great for those who want a tool to get their job done but don't want to lose too much money. My only criticism is the lemon squeezer.
