Warranty service was good, however.
I bought this product with LED IR remote control because I wanted to control the lights from my seat, but I had the disadvantage of not being able to turn the light off completely and not turn it on. them to full brightness. Now the problem of not being able to crank it up to maximum brightness only occurs a few weeks after ownership. Contact the warranty department after a complaint, they send me a replacement controller, but an analog one that I have to physically get up and turn on and off. I don't think it's the end of the world, at least it's working for now.
