Ordered 9.5. The shoes arrive but they are 10.5. Return without problems. Reorder 9.5. The shoes come in a box marked 9.5. So I put them on and wear them for a few days before realizing they are a bit loose. Voila - the shoe size on the sneakers says 10.5 AGAIN. Okay, it's too late to return them, so I decide to just put them on. The inner pads fell off after 12 days of use.
