When I bought this phone I didn't know that I could connect it to my cell phones. As soon as I read the instructions, this amazing feature seemed like a real plus and I immediately connected our two mobile phones. Big mistake! For the next month I thought we had completely broken phones. Connections were poor, sound was almost inaudible and constant interference when making calls. Eventually it occurred to me that pairing with a cell phone might be the cause of the problem, so I turned to the user guide to find a way to unpair it. Unfortunately, the instructions in the manual didn't work; In fact, they didn't make any sense in terms of controls on the phone. I was finally able to break a few phones through our cells by turning off bluetooth and asking cells to disconnect from that device. All phones are now working fine, but this "positive" feature has caused serious problems. Another problem with pairing is that when the phone is ringing, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish the device that is actually receiving the call, and calls sent to the mobile phone do not allow the full functionality of a regular phone.
