No zoom lens, focal length below 1mm, work out of focus
Well the lens is not a zoom lens fixed focal length. Also, I'm not sure if the aperture is really wide, but your focus with the lens is around 1 millimeter or less. You can read the top of the chip but the pins are fuzzy, get the top of the pin sharp and the pins to solder are fuzzy, it's a bit ridiculous and totally unsolderable.
