So disappointed best in lighting and ceiling fans

When we got the light my daughter was so excited! We unpacked them and more than half the lights didn't work. But since they're over 100 feet tall, we said we'd make them work. We tested the remote control and it worked great. We hung her up, put her in her bed and tried turning off the light with the remote and it doesn't work unless you have a large drawer in front of your bed, which is an eyesore.
