A must -have for busy professionals who works closely together and need more clarity
I like how this tool helps me keep track with my contacts/customers as well their contact details so i can reach them faster when they are needed most! It also lets us know which customers have been contacted recently or not atleast what was done by whom if there were no updates made since our last meeting etc!! This software has helped reduce time wastage while dealing between different departments within an organisation especially accounting department where we deal mostly wtith invoices & payments related issues.
Pros
- The ability to store important data in one central place, access from anywhere any device using internet connection is just awesome.and best part its freeware for small business users ! :)
Cons
- Would be more convenient , but works ok overall
