I've had this fan for about a month now and I really like it! I like the transparent engine case, the real wood blades and the black on the white top. The airflow is just right for my 15 x 16 foot screened porch and I can control the speed with a remote control I bought at a major department store. I had a mess with the bottom bar. I needed a longer rod and had to go to the company to get one. I called on Memorial Day and thought I'd just leave a message when Alexa answered. She was so customer oriented. She delivered the rod to me a few days later. She went above and beyond by emailing me after follow up showed I had received the fan to ensure I received it. Then after installing the fan. When I first turned on the fan, I heard a popping sound. I emailed Alexa and she responded again within an hour telling me the screws weren't tight enough. Of course she was right. Screws tightened and problem solved. You won't find this kind of customer service. My next fan will be from Star Fans.
