Very happy with this purchase. 2 or 3 egg cups fit perfectly in a 2 liter pot. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a cup and spread along the bottom and sides with the brush provided. Place eggs on medium heat for 5 minutes for perfect poached eggs. You steam from above because the cups insulate. Boiling does not provide enough heat. Easy to remove with your fingers as the cups don't get hot. A dull knife running around the edges will loosen a few pieces stuck to the cup. Then falls straight down with a kick of the knife. Easy cleaning with nylon coated sponge. Don't buy a $20 pan that takes up valuable storage space and costs more. This is the best product.
