I've been using my new poachers for a few weeks. They work. However, I believe you need to make sure your pot is big enough if you plan on cooking more than 2 eggs. The instructions say to use butter to coat the cups, but I use butter, which tends to stick at times. So I'll try oil and see if it makes a difference. Very easy to clean and would buy again.

I bought the Whisk because it looks good. It's nice to get the reality. It also comes with a small brush. There are four colors that I really like. The whisk is especially useful for boiled eggs. Add a little water during cooking so that the egg floats on the water surface. But do not forget to grease the bottom with oil. That way the eggs don't stick together. And it falls off very easily. It's also very easy to clean. Good quality. I particularly recommend this

I love soft boiled eggs but I can't peel them. I've always wanted to poach them, but it was such a pain in the ass. I grease the cups with sesame oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, put the egg on top and season. The directions said about 5 minutes and it was spot on. I took about an inch or more of water, brought it to a boil, placed the cups and lids on top. They came out perfect! I plan on using them when I make ramen too, they're the best $10 I've spent in a while!

Very happy with this purchase. 2 or 3 egg cups fit perfectly in a 2 liter pot. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a cup and spread along the bottom and sides with the brush provided. Place eggs on medium heat for 5 minutes for perfect poached eggs. You steam from above because the cups insulate. Boiling does not provide enough heat. I am very happy with this product. Most importantly, I found it very easy to clean. I brush them with some oil before adding the eggs and they literally just slip out. I use my old pot and lid. Throw out the 3 cup insert from my old bag and just use the jug and lid. I had to increase the cooking time a bit. Now about 5.5 minutes instead of 3.5 minutes.
