I love soft boiled eggs but I can't peel them. I've always wanted to poach them, but it was such a pain in the ass. I grease the cups with sesame oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, put the egg on top and season. The directions said about 5 minutes and it was spot on. I took about an inch or more of water, brought it to a boil, placed the cups and lids on top. They came out perfect! I plan on using them when I make ramen too, they're the best $10 I've spent in a while!
