Review on Scythe Kama Bay AMP 2000 Rev B Amplifier: Enhanced Audio Performance and Power Boost by Steven Darkshnar

I am very impressed with this amplifier. It's harder than you think. The sound quality was good and clear, although not as powerful as some of the amps I've had. For its size it was better than I expected. I installed it in my computer case and it looks really cool! I love that it comes with all the different cables so you can use it as a standalone device or mount it neatly and tidily in your computer case. The price wasn't exactly cheap for this amp and I was curious about the build quality and sound quality. I was not disappointed. The photos didn't do it justice, it's solid, fairly heavy, well adjusted and finished. Not a house party amp, but I use a media center with a TV remote and it has enough power to watch movies and TV shows even from across the room. However, I used a speaker level to line level adapter and hooked up my powered subwoofer and vintage Carver amp. The performance is decent, but I'm used to really powerful amps. The only thing I would like is a line out, not just a speaker out. The volume meters work well but it would be nice to set them up as I can't always set them up the way I want.
