If you've always wanted to try sous vide to see what it's all about, but want to keep it under $100, try this gem. It's the same as Anova but without Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, so you'll have to set it up manually. Not everything is as difficult as you make it out to be. Monoprice is a good company. Get this and go to YouTube and watch some shows cooking what you like. I love prime rib, steaks, roasts and eggs. You can use a pot as a container but I would suggest using a cooler as it is strong and insulated.
