My son no longer complains about being bitten by bats

My 7 year old son started playing little league (machine field) for the first time this spring. In his first cageball experience, he hit the ball a few inches off the grip and immediately complained about the vibrations, which hurt his arms. The second time this happened, he stopped trying to hit the ball. I studied the soft grip tape, the ProHitter thumb brace, the soft hitting gloves and this energy shield. The price and ease of installation made it worth trying and my son has not complained since that first session. Now he can focus on swinging the ball as hard as possible. Sometimes he still hits the wrong spot with a racquet, but it doesn't hurt anymore, so he keeps training. A small padding opening extends across the racquet handle and is semi-adhesive. The wide opening doesn't sit snugly at the end of the handle (there is some margin for error), but I believe this is on purpose to deal with vibration. For the price and performance, and for helping my son keep playing baseball, I would highly recommend this product.
