Pros: Good light machine, easy to take to class. It has many stitches available, making it interesting for small decorative details. Cons: Frustrated that it can't sew multiple layers of fabric. I tried sewing through a thick layer of batting but the machine skipped stitches and I was very frustrated and disappointed. I have to say I was confused when the instructor mentioned the fact that I had bought a low end machine. I didn't know it was a "cheap" machine when I bought it, I bought this machine for its weight, reputation and because I just want to sew.
