At 5am my smoke/fire alarm went off. Woke up in my house full of smoke. My countertop and part of the wall melted. It caught fire where you put the cord in the mop. I plugged it in overnight to charge, hoping to use it in the morning. This item was purchased in September and has never been used. Buyer Warning. This is no joke. Thank God my family is safe, it could be a lot worse. Now we need to replace the countertop, drywall and anything else that needs to be done. Our whole house was full of smoke and everything smelled like smoke and burnt plastic. This item needs to be taken off the shelves immediately!
