It's all about the good sound
Quick and easy assembly. Just be careful when installing. My folks saying they need to lengthen the mounting holes didn't install properly, just twisted the gasket into the correct holes. The bad news is the hardware is cheap, so be careful not to overtighten or rip off the hex head. No quality control, the hole was full of dirt. But overall it does the job! Good sound, good fit. Would buy again.
