Review on ⚡️ Renogy 1000W 12VDC to 120VAC Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Eco Mode - Optimized Home Car RV Solar Power Converter by Robert Tyus

I bought this item for my camper van. I installed the product together with a 200w Renogy solar system. The plan was to connect the wires directly to the RV switchboard. I also installed a GO Power automatic shifter. After everything was set, I flipped the switch and immediately the internal GCFI in the inverter turned on and I lit the fault light. After a few days of troubleshooting I decided it was an inverter grounding issue. I returned the Revain inverter and received a replacement. Reconnected everything, same problem. As a result, this product has been returned twice with two defective units. I ordered a different brand and it worked like a charm. Also of note is that prior to my first return, I contacted Renogy directly for help. Their phone tree says they have a problem and they ask the question online. I submitted my issue online and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. After almost 3 weeks and after sending their products back, I received a response. The answer didn't even answer my question, just asked if I solved the problem. I will not buy their inverters again. I'm still happy with their solar panels but I hope I never need their customer service.
