Just what you want for homemade bibimbap

My daughter and I are bibimbap fans and we wanted to make it. After several tries, I think we've learned some tricks that will make you an expert right away. Be sure to follow the pre-treatment instructions. You don't have to wait 24 hours, but if you cook and then rinse the oil and need to use the bowl right away, brush with extra sesame oil before adding the rice, meat, and veggies. It's useful to have a julienne spiral to do justice to the veggies. Here are our tips: 1- Always brush with sesame oil (preferably dark) before adding cooked rice. Squeeze the rice in a semicircle to line the bowl 2 - add everything else. egg on it Fry the egg when you hear the bowl lift - some recipes say to put in a raw egg and cook it over rice. That does not work. It never gets hot enough and the rice will start to burn 3 - Place the bowl on the gas burner over medium-high heat for at least 5 minutes. You will hear rice bowls. After this has lasted a minute, turn on the medium heat for another 2-3 minutes. 4- Use a thermal sleeve or special pliers to remove it. Mix everything, add sauce and eat!
