Review on πŸ’¦ Conair's All-in-One Sonic Water Jet System with Interplak by Stephanie Klein

Poor design and cheap production

Operating this product is challenging. The start button has to be pressed fairly hard to steer the car, which makes the car move unless you're holding it with your second hand. This two-handed operation is problematic because you have to use your second hand to hold another button on the jet handle that temporarily stops the flow of water. If this button is not held down when starting the machine, water will splash on the operator. In my opinion this is bad design. Another design flaw is the size and installation of the water tank. That's too much, because about eight of its capacities would be more than enough for a cleaning job. Of course, you can only fill the tank to an eighth of its capacity, but that makes it fairly light and often results in a poor water seal between the tank and the base, resulting in either water leaking out or no water jetting . It is difficult to understand what practical purpose such a design actually serves. It would make much more sense to develop a much smaller water tank that mounts directly to the nozzle handle, such as the B. Gurin Professional Dental Floss. This would eliminate the bulky plastic tube connecting the tank to the nozzle. The hose tends to get tangled with the power cord and protruding parts of the base itself, which is another problem when using this device. The "sonic" toothbrush is a joke. Absolutely useless. Firstly, it is unable to do any proper cleaning work. Second, using a toothbrush requires removing the nozzle from the plastic housing and inserting the brush. Third, the brush itself is quite short and small. All of this makes cleaning with this equipment quite cumbersome and inefficient. The plastic construction is fairly cheap, easy to spill, and difficult to clean. The plastic casing that holds the water jet to my device broke making the product unusable, although the pump still works. All in all, this is a half-baked product designed for two things - brushing and flossing - neither of which are good. . It looks like it was designed by a marketing jerk, not engineers and oral hygienists. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Cons
