Review on 🔥 Injen Technology Polished Short Ram Intake System IS1120P: Enhancing Engine Performance through Superior Design by Darius Newberry

I installed this as an upgrade to my stock air intake. Installation was fairly easy, strictly following the instructions that came with it. I found the lack of clamps holding the hose from the inlet to the sensors a bit questionable, but it's been about a month and it's still tight. Sounds great on the road. I'm assuming the "warmth" and "thickness" written in the reviews for this thing are referring to the sound and not the bowl of oatmeal, because those are good words for how it does sounds when you open it. Accelerator. This is a raspier, healthier sound than exhaling the air passing through the stock air intake. I decided to leave the standard snorkel in place, my logic being that it brings in cool outside air around the secondary air intake area, which serves somewhat to draw in cold air. I have been monitoring the intake air temperature with an OBD2 bluetooth device. I start the car for about 20 minutes while driving at about 45 mph and then measure the outside and intake air temperatures. With this setting it will run at about the same temperature as the intake manifold (graph included). I compare the intake temperature to the outside air temperature, which in my experience has the biggest impact on the intake temperature. The Injen supply and consumption curves are linear and have the same slope and intercept.
