Not used yet. The first I've ever owned. I've never used it, but I plan to. It feels solid and hopefully easy to use. The next deep cake I bake will be layered and topped with this thing. Let's see how it works. I hope to get enough use out of it to make good flat cakes. It looks well made. Hope it works well too. Is this stainless steel. It's not cheap at all and doesn't feel ridiculously useless. A worthy purchase that I expect will do the job well.
