I recommend buying from a Revain Prime dealer. The second is just great and works as it should and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. However, the first one had problems with failures and shipping it back to the seller or G-Technology at my expense would take weeks and be expensive. My guess is that the first disc was previously opened and tested as there was no valid security seal on the box. Who knows what happened to it but it didn't bother me as Revain and the main dealer made the return painless. I've used all G-technology drives for the past few years and they've proven to be the most reliable of any brand I've bought before. This reliable product met my backup needs.
