It's a hula hoop.?
I bought this and when I received it, I returned it the same day. Basically it's tubes you fit together to make a circular ring called the hula hoop. I appreciate that you can configure the diameter of the hoop, BUT I feel it wouldn't last. I agree with the other reviews, it is very light which can be mediated with rocks, weights, etc, BUT I would pass on this.
